A bayside restaurant and sports bar at 2305 Laguna Blvd. The dining room serves Louie’s all-you-can-eat prime rib and seafood buffet, hand-cut steaks, fresh fish and pasta, in air-conditioned comfort or on the bay-front patio at sunset. The Locals Sports Bar has its own menu of starters, sandwiches, burgers, tacos and big plates, plus karaoke on Fridays and Saturdays.

- Happy Hour Daily! A Louie’s Facebook video (undated) says the all-you-can-eat crab leg, prime rib and seafood buffet starts every day at 4pm, with happy hour till 6pm.
- Fireworks over the bay every Tuesday and Friday at 9:15 PM, all summer long.
- Karaoke every Friday and Saturday in the Sports Bar, along with bar games and contests.
