Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout before 10:00 AM; guests must show the photo ID and the credit card used to book, and the minimum check-in age is 21. The front desk is staffed 24 hours.
Modifying a reservation can change the rate, and no modifications are allowed on non-refundable-rate bookings; the property also reserves the right to cancel reservations it believes involve fraud or booking errors.
