House Check Plan
The official plan lists $100/month for a condominium or $175/month for a single-family home, with two site visits per month and up to 30 minutes per visit; extra visits are $75 each and a free initial consultation is offered.

A House Check visit checks plumbing, roof leaks, HVAC, appliances, smoke detectors, windows, doors, electrical, pool/spa, landscaping and drainage, decks/balconies and the boathouse, plus scheduled lawn, pool, pest-control and HVAC vendors.

The House Check Plan's site visit is a genuine home-systems inspection, not just a drive-by: it covers plumbing (running faucets/showers, flushing toilets, checking the water heater), a roof leak check, HVAC, kitchen appliances, smoke detectors, windows, doors, electrical, pool/spa, landscaping and site drainage, decks/balconies, and the boathouse (excluding the watercraft itself); the visit also confirms that the owner's other hired vendors (lawn, pool, pest control, HVAC) are actually showing up and staying on schedule.
The House Check Plan includes home-systems checks and oversight of scheduled lawn, pool, pest-control and HVAC vendors.
