Jet ski operators aged 18-28 must hold a boater safety certification, and under Texas law anyone born after September 1, 1993 must have a Texas Boater Safety Certificate to operate a personal watercraft; a free mandatory boater education course is available to meet this requirement.
The restaurant caps parties at 6 people per table, does not allow menu changes or substitutions, and adds an automatic 18% service charge to every guest check (not just large parties).
