Bottled water, soft drinks and ice are included free on every trip, but sales tax and gratuity are never included in the quoted charter price.
For bachelorette/bachelor party charters, guests are explicitly invited to bring their own alcohol (BYOB).
If Southern Wave itself cancels for bad weather, they first try to reschedule the trip; if rescheduling isn't possible, guests get a full refund.
Private charters have a separate, stricter cancellation policy: 7 days' notice gets a 90% refund of the deposit, and any cancellation after that gets no refund at all.
Standard cruise cancellations get a full refund with 48+ hours' notice, a 50% refund with 24-48 hours' notice, and no refund inside 24 hours; a no-show is charged the full reservation cost.

A plain 2-hour Moonlight or Afternoon private charter (no dinner package, whole boat, up to 40 guests) is $1,000.
Add-ons available on top of any whole-boat charter: live solo-act music for $200; a shrimp/fajita dinner scaled by group size ($400 up to 20 guests, $550 up to 30, $650 up to 40); burgers/hot dogs/fruit added to the snorkeling trip for $325; a paddleboard or kayak for $50 each; and extending the cruise for $375 per additional hour.
Booking the whole boat for a private Sunset Dinner Cruise charter (up to 40 guests) is $2,700, published on the site's Private Charters pricing page; this is a whole-boat buyout rate, not a published per-person fare.
The whole-boat private charter rate for a Sunset Dinner Cruise with Fireworks is $2,900 (up to 40 guests), running summer Tuesdays and Fridays.
Whole-boat private Snorkeling Excursion charters run either 2.5 hours for $1,250 or 3 hours for $1,500, both up to 30 guests, cruising to the north end of South Padre Island to anchor, swim, snorkel and eat lunch.
