House-plan take-off packages are created as standard for framing, windows, lumber, insulation, drywall, windstorm materials, exterior doors, interior doors & trim, roofing, and exterior sheathing/siding; packages for hardware, paint, plumbing, and cabinets are available on request; the store does not create take-off packages at all for HVAC, landscaping, electrical, countertops, brick/stucco, or cement/foundation work.
The door shop assembles and customizes both interior and exterior doors in-house: custom height/width/jamb-depth rip cuts, in-swing/out-swing and left/right swing configuration, closet doors (bifold, ball-catch, bypass), French/Dutch/barn-style doors, and on the exterior side custom glass options, doggie doors, peepholes, and double/triple/quadruple door units; they also special-order from named door manufacturers (Therma-Tru, Steve's Doors, Rogue Valley Door, Novo, and ODL) for anything not in stock.
Policies 2 details
A Military Discount Program gives veterans and active military 5-15% off regular-priced items (the exact percentage depends on item category); it excludes sale/closeout items, special orders, and contractor purchases, and requires presenting a Military ID and completing a one-time Loyalty Membership form, plus showing ID at every purchase and being personally present at time of purchase.
Returns/exchanges require the original receipt and must happen within 90 days of purchase; store credit, when issued, is valued at the lowest selling price from the last 3 months, and management can refuse a refund entirely or charge a 25% minimum restocking fee at their discretion. Cut or modified materials (wire, rope, carpet, vinyl, electrical wire, mesh, doors, windows, lumber, countertops, custom paint, window tint, etc.), special-order items, and discontinued items are never refundable or exchangeable, and broken/damaged/concealed-damage merchandise must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds go back to the original credit/debit card used for purchase; a purchase originally made by check is refunded only after the check clears (2-4 weeks) and requires matching ID.
