Low season runs November 1 through February 28; high season runs March 1 through October 31, and the last week of November plus the last two weeks of December are billed at high-season/holiday rates regardless of the calendar season.

The heated outdoor pool is 65 feet by 25 feet, with a separate 15-foot jacuzzi and a dedicated children's pool, plus a poolside Palapa bar.

A $500 damage deposit is collected at check-in and released within 5 days after checkout if no damage is found.
Cancellation policy is a full refund if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, and no refund inside 30 days.
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
It is a gated, code-access complex and guests are told never to share the gate code; any visitors must be registered with the front office in advance.
Minimum stay is 4 nights during high season, holidays, and for monthly bookings, and 3 nights during low season.
Parking is a covered garage; recreational vehicles (boats, waverunners, campers, trailers) and any vehicle taller than 6'8" must use the open (uncovered) lot instead of the garage.
Rates do not include state and local tax; a reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card, with a 50% deposit due at booking and the remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival.
Tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts are code-locked (code from the front desk), first-come first-served with no reservations, and play is limited to one hour when others are waiting.
The pool area has no lifeguard (swim at own risk), closes at 11:00pm, bans glass, requires children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult, and bars children under 12 from the jacuzzi entirely.
