Every condo has a full kitchen and a BBQ grill; linens and towels are provided, with three towel changes on a week-long stay and one towel change on a three-night stay.
On-site amenities include a large outdoor pool with a separate hot tub, tennis courts, an exercise room with both a steam room and a dry sauna, coin-operated laundry, cable TV, and Wi-Fi (public Wi-Fi is available property-wide; some individual units also have their own private Wi-Fi).
Private beach access is available with private beach umbrella and chair rental service.
Policies 10 details
A refundable $20 key deposit and $20 parking-permit deposit are required at check-in, returned once the key and permit are returned; there is also a separate security deposit returned after the unit is inspected.
All condos and the whole property are non-smoking.
Check-in is 3:00 PM (may run later during busy season) and check-out is 11:00 AM; late check-out may be charged as an extra night.
Day visitors are welcome if the front office is notified, but overnight parking for visitors is strictly not allowed.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival. Cancel 60+ days out and you get a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancel within 30 days and you get no refund at all unless the unit gets rebooked, in which case the amount is refunded minus the same $25 fee. No partial refunds, and no refund for leaving early.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book or check into a condo.
Noise and music are asked to be kept down after 11:00 PM.
Occupancy limits are enforced by security, with mandatory wristbands during high season and holidays, and day guests must register at the front desk.
Pets are allowed only where the individual condo's owner permits it, not as a blanket property policy. Where allowed, there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee, a two-pet maximum, and guests should tell Sunchase in advance if bringing a pet. Two spot-checked units confirm this varies: unit 104 says pets 'Yes', unit 113 says 'Not usually'.
There is a three-night minimum stay; weekly and monthly rentals are also offered.

The general policy is one parking permit for two-bedroom condos and two permits for three-bedroom condos (sometimes capped at one for 3BR units in high season), no trailers/boats/jet-skis on property, and towing at the vehicle owner's expense for unauthorized vehicles — but the actual number allotted is set per unit: the two 3-bedroom units we checked showed 2 spots (unit 104) and only 1 spot (unit 113).
