How we know this: South Padre Info rebuilt this page on 2026-09-23 using only the businesses' own pages. We read Island Fun Park's website, the CAM Shack's online-ordering site, Pineapple Ninjaz's website and the Facebook pages of the five businesses listed below. We read Facebook signed out, so we saw only what Facebook shows the public. We did not visit the park or phone anyone. Each set of hours below names the post or page it came from and when. Trucks change their hours and move often, so call before you go.
The Food Truck Park at Island Fun Park
Island Fun Park is at 1201 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX 78597. Its website lists a food truck park there along with its mini golf, go-karts and ziplines: "Visit Island Fun Park in Town on Padre Blvd for Mini Golf, Go-karts, Ziplines and Food Truck Park."1 Its mini-golf page tells players they can "refuel with a variety of food truck options" between activities.2 The park's phone number is (956) 761-4677.1
The Island Fun Park pages we read do not name its trucks. The businesses below give 1201 Padre Blvd as their location on their own pages, which we read on 2026-09-23 (for Smokin' Daddy's, the address is in a June 9 post). Other trucks may also be there.
Trucks and stands whose own pages place them at 1201 Padre Blvd
The CAM Shack and Breaking Bread Burrito Express
The CAM Shack's Facebook page lists it as a food stand at 1201 Padre Blvd serving "authentic tex-mex food", with outdoor seating.3 Breaking Bread Burrito Express calls itself a locally owned "comfort food american and tex-mex restaurant". Its newest post we could see says its burritos are now at the CAM Shack: "Come and pick up your Burrito Express favorites at the camshack located 1201 padre blvd at the island fun park".4 Both pages link to the same online-ordering site.34
- On the online-ordering menu: burritos and burrito bowls (beef, chicken, pork, barbacoa or veggie), birria tacos, tacos al pastor, quesadillas including quesabirria, birria ramen, ceviche, piña loca shrimp, pineapple chicken, nachos and panchos, quarter-pound chili dogs and Mexican dogs, BBQ pulled pork, burgers including a funnel cake burger, baked potatoes, corn in a cup, elote, breakfast burritos, menudo, funnel cake and Blue Bell ice cream.5

- Burrito Express, in a post shown as two days old on 2026-09-23: "now opened 9a-10p".4
- The CAM Shack, in a post shown as 12 hours old on 2026-09-23: "open till 10p".3
- The online-ordering site, checked on 2026-09-23, showed pickup times through 11:50 PM on the five days it displayed. Pickup started at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday and at 12:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.5

El Pulgarcito Pupusas y Más
El Pulgarcito's Facebook page lists a "Food truck 1201 padre blvd" alongside its restaurant. The page lists nachos, quesadillas, ceviches, a shrimp platter, hamburgers, smoothies, aguas frescas, po'boy sandwiches, tacos, pupusas, menudo and barbacoa, and says "Breakfast lunch and dinner every day". It does not say which of these apply to the truck and which to the restaurant.6
- Hours: the public view of the page shows no opening times marked for the truck. Its About section shows only an "Opening Soon" status, with no times. The same page also lists a separate El Pulgarcito restaurant elsewhere on Padre Blvd, and the hours in its recent post are for that restaurant, not the truck.6

Doña Carmen's Food Truck
Doña Carmen's Food Truck lists itself on Facebook as a food truck and Mexican restaurant at 1201 Padre Blvd, phone (956) 484-2314.7 When we checked, the page showed no posts, menu or hours, so call before you go.
Smokin' Daddy's BBQ
Smokin' Daddy's Facebook page lists it as a barbecue restaurant and food truck, and says "Smoked low. Served hot. Built different."8 A June 9 post on the page gives its location as 1201 Padre Blvd and lists these hours:9
- Monday: 12 PM to 12 AM
- Tuesday: 12 PM to 12 AM
- Wednesday: closed
- Thursday: 12 PM to 12 AM
- Friday: 12 PM to 2 AM
- Saturday: 12 PM to 2 AM
- Sunday: 12 PM to 12 AM
That post is more than three months old, and the public view of the page showed no phone number. Check the page for anything newer before you go.8
Not at the park: Pineapple Ninjaz
An earlier version of this page placed Pineapple Ninjaz and its pineapple bowls at the food truck park. Pineapple Ninjaz's website gives its island home as Waterfront Bar & Grill, which is elsewhere on South Padre Island. See its website for that address and its hours.10
