Record lodging subtotal, tax, cleaning, service or platform fee, resort or amenity fee, parking, pet charge, deposit hold, damage waiver and refund deadline. Note what must be paid now.
What changes
Quotes change by occupancy, dates, channel and policy. A screenshot without the final checkout total is not a comparable price record.
Make the next decision
Compare two complete written quotes for the same dates and party, then save the cancellation milestones. Do not send payment outside the agreed secure channel because a message claims a discount.
