- Location: At the east end of E Sunset Dr. The parking map shows it reached from the Padre Blvd
and Havana Dr side by way of Tompkins Park, not from a Gulf Blvd circle like most of the series.
- How to reach it: A paved walkover, plus a boardwalk running from Tompkins Park. The parking
guide labels the route a "Beach Access Path" and notes that a full-length path to the access was
built after the 2013 aerial image on the sheet, along with a new lot and amenities.
- Parking: Tompkins Park lot — 21 general plus 2 ADA, all of it within 2,000 feet of the access
according to the guide. The Gulf Blvd segment from Parade Dr to Sunset Dr adds 11 general spaces.
- Fees / hours / seasonality: Not published; no overnight-parking sign listed.
- Amenities: Portable restrooms. Bench, garbage can, paved walkover, park boardwalk. No shower,
no bike rack, no ADA-designated parking at the access itself (the ADA spaces are in the park lot).
- Vehicles on sand: Prohibited (citywide ban, Code of Ordinances § 18-4). No "No Motor Vehicles" sign is listed at this access.
