What changes
Traffic, rain, heat and high-demand weekends change the experience. A cart that works for a short restaurant loop may not fit luggage, mobility equipment or a group crossing the island repeatedly.
Make the next decision
Read the current city rule and rental contract before accepting the vehicle. Build a parking and sober-driver plan, and never assume a street-legal cart may drive on the town beach.
