Request the total with taxes, delivery, deposit, damage waiver, fuel or charging terms, late fees and cancellation policy. Confirm seat belts, lights, mirrors, slow-moving emblem and emergency contact.
What changes
Inventory and rates can change sharply on holiday and event weekends. Weather may make an open cart uncomfortable even when the booking remains technically available.
Make the next decision
Photograph condition at handoff, test safety equipment, store the contract and return instructions in My Trip, and refuse a cart that does not match the booked passenger count or required equipment.
