Moonlight Circle Access #13 takes you to the beach from Moonlight Circle and Gulf Boulevard, near Lantana Street. The city's Beach Access Guide lists a paved walkover, accessible parking, a bike rack, bench, garbage can and showers. It doesn't list a restroom or Mobi-mat.
The dedicated lot is especially small. The Beach Access Parking Guide maps four general spaces and one accessible space at Moonlight Circle. It also maps 37 general public spaces in the Oleander and Lantana street-parking area. Check the current signs carefully: nearby private or business parking is not a substitute for a mapped public space.
Why choose Moonlight Circle?
Want to rinse the sand off before getting back in the car? The shower is a useful reason to choose #13. Just remember that there's no restroom or beach mat listed here. If the small entrance lot is full, the mapped street-parking area is another option, though it may mean a longer walk and a street crossing.

Accessibility and parking details

The access guide records a No Overnight Parking sign at Moonlight Circle. This remains a city beach, where vehicles are prohibited on the sand; the drive-on county accesses use a different numbering system and different rules.

Have a second parking option ready—the entrance lot has only a handful of spaces. For the beach itself, check beach conditions and beach safety before leaving. Follow the signs and flags when you arrive, and watch for sand blown across the end of the walkover.
