- Official name: Cameron County Beach Access No. 6 ("County Beach No. 6" in the FY2021 report).
- Location: about 4.5–4.6 miles north of Andy Bowie Park on Park Road 100 (both figures appear in the county plan). Approx. 3.5 acres.
- What it offers: a vehicular beach entry with "only seasonal roadway maintenance and staffing for public safety, security and emergency purposes"; portable restrooms and parking (2018 master plan); "no amenities" per the city; used for "day camping, surf fishing and nature activities" (county FY2021). Restrooms and rinse stations were a long-term (6–10 yr) master-plan item.
- Fees: beach user fee in season; free "immediately after Labor Day through the last day of February". Trash Bag Program applies here (see Atwood).
- Vehicles on sand: Yes. Camping: no county rule published; see Atwood.
- Closures: closed with 4 and 5 during the 2026-03-16/17 high-tide event.
