Lobo Del Mar Cafe at 204 W. Palm Street posts 7 AM to 10 PM daily and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its own site calls it perfect for the whole family, offers indoor and outdoor seating with water views, and says dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas.
